TechRound Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Scail With AI Ltd, whose registered office is 161 Grove Road, London E17 9BZ.

2. Promotion
Scail is offering TechRound readers the opportunity to apply for one of five full AI Risk & Value Scorecards.
Each selected business will receive a full AI Risk & Value Scorecard, designed to assess AI risk, value creation, governance, adoption, delivery and measurement across the organisation.
This promotion is not a cash prize, voucher, discount, or transferable benefit.
3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to legitimate, trading businesses that meet Scail’s eligibility criteria.
To be eligible, entrants must:
Be a registered business with a verifiable company name, website, and business email address.
Be operating in SaaS, regulated SaaS, fintech, legaltech, insurtech, healthtech, compliance-critical software, or another high-trust B2B technology sector.
Have a genuine business need for assessing AI risk, value, governance, adoption, or delivery.
Be able to provide accurate information reasonably required to complete the Scorecard process.
Have authority to enter on behalf of the business.
Scail may reject entries from individuals, consultants entering on behalf of unnamed clients, non-trading entities, fake or incomplete submissions, competitors, agencies, personal projects, or businesses that Scail reasonably considers unsuitable for the Scorecard process.
Scail may also reject entries where the business appears outside the intended audience for this promotion.
4. How to enter
To enter, entrants must complete the competition form on the relevant Scail landing page and submit the requested business information.
Only one entry is permitted per business.
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, automated, or misleading entries may be excluded.
No purchase is necessary.
5. Closing date
The promotion opens on 28th May 2026 and closes at midnight on 4th June 2026.
Entries received after the closing date may not be considered.
Scail reserves the right to close the promotion early if the number of suitable applications significantly exceeds its reasonable delivery capacity, provided this does not unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already applied.
6. Selection of recipients
Five businesses will be selected to receive a full AI Risk & Value Scorecard.
Recipients will not be selected at random. They will be selected by Scail based on relevance, suitability, business legitimacy, fit with the intended audience, ability to participate in the Scorecard process, and the likely value of the assessment to the applicant.
Scail’s decision is final.
Where required, selection may be reviewed by an independent person or independent panel member to support fair administration of the promotion.
Scail reserves the right not to award all five Scorecards if fewer than five suitable, eligible, and legitimate entries are received.
7. Prize details
Each selected business will receive one full AI Risk & Value Scorecard.
The Scorecard may include structured discovery, analysis across Scail’s AI risk and value framework, a written report, recommendations, and a roadmap or next-step guidance, as determined by Scail.
The exact format, scope, timings, and delivery method will be confirmed directly with each selected business.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
Scail reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent service of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
8. Recipient responsibilities
Selected businesses must respond to Scail within 7 days of being contacted.
Selected businesses must provide reasonable information, availability, and cooperation so Scail can complete the Scorecard.
If a selected business does not respond within the stated timeframe, cannot participate, provides incomplete information, or is later found to be ineligible, Scail may withdraw the offer and select another eligible business.
9. Capacity and fulfilment
This promotion is limited to five full AI Risk & Value Scorecards.
Because each Scorecard requires specialist time and analysis, fulfilment will be scheduled subject to Scail’s reasonable availability.
Scail will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Scorecards within a practical timeframe, but delivery dates may vary depending on selected businesses’ responsiveness, information quality, and scheduling availability.
10. Exclusions
Scail may exclude any entry where it reasonably believes that:
The entrant is not a genuine business.
The entrant is outside the intended audience for the promotion.
The entrant has submitted false, incomplete, or misleading information.
The entrant is attempting to misuse the promotion.
Delivering the Scorecard would create a conflict of interest, commercial concern, or unreasonable operational burden.
The entrant is unable or unwilling to participate in the process properly.
11. Data and privacy
Information submitted as part of this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, assess eligibility, contact selected businesses, and deliver the Scorecard where applicable.
Scail may also use the information to understand the entrant’s AI risk and value position as part of the Scorecard process.
Entrants should not submit confidential, sensitive, or commercially restricted information unless requested and unless they are authorised to do so.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with Scail’s Privacy Policy: [insert privacy policy link].
12. Publicity
Scail may ask selected businesses whether they are willing to provide a testimonial, case study, quote, or anonymised insight following completion of the Scorecard.
Participation in publicity is optional and subject to separate agreement.
Scail will not publish confidential business information without permission.
13. Liability
Scail will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected, or not received due to technical issues, website problems, network failure, or any other reason beyond Scail’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes and cancellation
Scail reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Scail will not make material changes that would unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already entered, unless required for legal, regulatory, technical, or operational reasons.
15. General
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
Scail’s decision on eligibility, selection, fulfilment, and any related matter is final.
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This promotion is exclusive to TechRound readers, but it is administered by Scail. TechRound is not responsible for administering the promotion, selecting recipients, or delivering the Scorecards.
